Disrupted Realism, National Juried Exhibition
Disrupted Realism, a national juried exhibition established to explore contemporary painting that challenges the traditional concepts of realism. “It is a subjective approach to painting that favors perception over seeing and embraces subjectivity,” John Seed, author of Disrupted Realism.
This incarnation of Disrupted Realism features the work of Chicago artist Anne Harris and the works selected by John Seed for this national juried exhibition. Disrupted Realism opens Friday, April 9 and runs through Saturday, May 15, 2021.
