FLINT, Michigan – Communities First, Inc. (CFI), a nonprofit dedicated to community development, is gearing up to host 'Community Candor LIVE!,' an engaging discussion on workforce development, on Friday, March 14, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at General Motors’ historic Durant-Dort Factory One (303 W. Water St.) in Flint.
Sponsored in part by General Motors, the event will bring together key local leaders to explore critical workforce issues, including job training, the regional skills gap, and policies needed to strengthen economic opportunities. The discussion, moderated by Essence Wilson, Chief Strategy Officer of CFI, will feature an esteemed panel of experts:
