FLINT, Michigan — In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week 2024, Mott Community College (MCC) invites job seekers to a multi-industry career fair on Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place in the Event Center on MCC’s main campus in Flint.
“This career fair is an excellent opportunity to explore apprenticeship options, gain insights into on-the-job training, and connect with employers actively hiring in our community,” said Tyler Kraus, Supervisor of Student Employment Services in MCC’s Workforce and Economic Development Division.
“We encourage attendees to dress professionally, bring multiple copies of their resumes, and be ready for potential interviews,” he added.
Robert Matthews, Associate Vice President for Workforce and Economic Development, highlighted the team’s efforts in organizing the event.
“Our goal is to bring together a diverse range of employers to provide students, recent graduates, and community members a chance to connect with top organizations across various industries,” said Matthews. “Whether you’re starting your career or looking to advance, this fair is a valuable opportunity to build relationships and take meaningful steps toward a successful future.”
The event is free and open to the public with no pre-registration required.
