Comedy for Crossover to feature award-winning comedian Chris Young

Now in its second year, Comedy for Crossover will feature three Michigan comedians on Oct. 18 at the Flint Farmers' Market. Tickets are $25 and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

FLINT, Michigan—Crossover Downtown Outreach Ministry invites the community to spend an evening laughing out loud for the benefit of those less fortunate throughout the community at their Comedy for Crossover event. 

The event, now in its second year, is set for Friday, Oct. 18, at the Flint Farmers’ Market. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. 

Tickets are $25 each and include appetizers as well as the comedy show featuring Chris Young, winner of the TV20 Detroit “That’s Funny” Comedy Contest on My Network as well as a finalist in Dave Coulier’s “Clean Guys of Comedy/Unbleepable Contest.”

Also performing are Tim “The Trophy Man” Steele and Cam “Big Fella” Rowe.

Table reservations also are available. A cash bar, raffles and a silent auction also are planned for the evening. All proceeds will go to helping Crossover Downtown Outreach Ministry help those in need throughout Flint and Genesee County.
