The 36,000-square-foot, nearly 100-year-old building is being fully renovated to feature a bar area for mixology classes, multiple kitchens to teach every level of culinary classes, classroom space, a conference area, demonstration kitchen as well as baking, pastry and confections labs. It will also be home to a Coffee Beanery and Applewood Cafe.
