League of Women Voters to Host “Elections From Start to Finish” Workshop
League of Women Voters hosts a free election workshop Sept. 29 at Flint Public Library.
FLINT, Michigan — The League of Women Voters Flint Area will present a free workshop, “Elections From Start to Finish,” on Tuesday, September 29, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Harris Room at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library.
The workshop will cover the full voting process, from registration through ballot completion, including voter registration, early voting, absentee voting, ballot tracking, and election day voting. Resources for researching candidates and ballot proposals will also be available, along with the League of Women Voters’ statewide nonpartisan voter guide.
The event is free, but organizers ask participants to register or call (810) 232-7111 by September 26 to help with planning.
