100K Ideas to host 4th annual Soirée supporting local innovators and student workforce
100K Ideas’ 4th annual Soirée returns Nov. 20 to support local innovators, student talent, and a future of sustainable innovation.

FLINT, Michigan — Innovation takes center stage as 100K Ideas hosts its 4th annual 100K Soirée on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 6–8 p.m. at 601 S. Saginaw St. in downtown Flint.
The celebration raises funds to support 100K Ideas’ Direct Client Services and Student Workforce programming — two key pillars of the nonprofit’s mission to help local innovators bring their ideas to life. The organization aims to raise $50,000 to launch an Endowment Fund that will help build a sustainable future for its programs.
Through Direct Client Services, community members receive one-on-one support for their ideas, including research assessments, graphic design, product development, monthly workshops, and open office hours. Meanwhile, 100K Ideas’ student workforce gains real-world experience that strengthens their academic and professional journeys.
“We’re so appreciative of supporters who help us build an environment where ideas can thrive,” the organization shared in its event announcement.
Guests can look forward to refreshments provided by Flint Social Club and Drinks of Essence, as well as recognition of four outstanding individuals and businesses for their innovation and impact.
Tickets and more information about the 100K Soirée are available through 100K Ideas.
